Reserve a Thanksgiving Turkey!
We're working with our friend John Brenneman, an amish farmer located in Conway, MO, to provide the Springfield area with fresh, organically raised turkeys. John has these turkeys out on grass 24/7 in open-air pens and they eat grass, bugs, and an organic grain ration. Trust us, grass-fed, pasture-raised, meats have a flavor and texture far superior than your typical store-bought turkeys. So read below to see how you can help support local farmers while leveling up your Thanksgiving feast!

We have three general sizes available for reservation. Small turkeys (10-15lbs), Medium turkeys (15-25lbs), and Large turkeys (25+lbs). When you decide which size you're looking for, we'll make sure we have a bird for you in that weight range on pick-up day. If you have any special needs as far as bird weight goes, contact us and we will be happy to try to help!

Once you've decided which size you're looking for, use one of the pay links below to pay the $30 deposit. This will reserve your bird :)
(The final price of your bird ($5.50/lb) will depend on the weight when you pick it up, but the deposit goes towards the final price)

We will be having a turkey pick-up day at the farm (6593 N Emu Ln, Springfield MO) Tuesday, November 25th (the Tuesday before Thanksgiving) from 4pm-6pm. The birds will be fresh and ready to go and you won't need to freeze them (yet another factor to contribute to the amazing taste).
