We are thrilled to be partnering with Andy and Doug from Hand Hewn Farms to bring a three day nose-to-tail pig processing workshop to the farm!
We will start with the kill, you will get hands on experience eviscerating, cleaning casings, breaking down and packaging the meat, grinding seasoning and stuffing sausage, curing ham, bacon, and a prosciutto leg!
We will end with a charcuterie feast!
